​1. What is the signature style of The Community Wear?
Our style is authentic, comfort-driven streetwear for the Gen Z generation. We specialize in relaxed, easy-to-wear silhouettes—like oversized T-shirts, premium hoodies, and cozy sweatshirts—that blend global street culture with ultimate everyday comfort.

​2. Are your clothes specifically for men or women?
While we categorize our products to help you find your fit, our designs are built on the principles of modern fluid fashion. Most of our T-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts feature relaxed or oversized fits, making them suitable for all genders. We encourage you to choose the size that best reflects your desired look.

​3. What kind of materials do you use for your T-shirts and Hoodies?
Comfort and quality are our priority. Our core collection primarily uses premium fabrics like heavyweight cotton, fleece, and French Terry for a soft, durable, and cozy feel. Specific fabric details are always listed on the individual product pages.

​4. How do I choose the right size?
We know finding the right fit online is tough! Since streetwear often features an oversized/baggy fit, we recommend:
​Checking our Size Guide which includes specific measurements (in inches/cm) for each item.
​Comparing those measurements to a T-shirt or hoodie you already love.
​Tip: If you want a truly relaxed, baggy fit, consider sizing up.

​Orders & Shipping

​5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to get your gear to you as quickly as possible.
​Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
​Shipping Time: 2-7 business days for standard shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

​6. Do you offer international shipping?
No, we are not currently ship to North America, Europe, and in Asia except India. Shipping out of India, Shipping rates and delivery times will be published soon.

​7. “Where is my order?” How can I track my package?
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder!

​Returns, Exchanges, & Quality

​8. What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Items can be returned for a full refund if the purchased items are worth more than Rs. 1299 or exchanged for a different size/item, subject to availability. Please visit our dedicated Returns Center for all details and to start a return.

​9. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Our quality control team checks every item, but mistakes happen. If your order arrives damaged or if the print is flawed, please contact our support team at thecommunitywear@gmail.com immediately with your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will arrange for a free exchange.

​10. How should I wash and care for my new apparel to keep it looking fresh?
To keep your prints and colors vibrant:
​Wash items inside out on a cold, gentle cycle.
​Use a mild detergent.
​Tumble dry low or, ideally, hang dry to maintain the shape and quality of the fabric.
